In the past year, 56% of employees said that their personal finances had a negative impact on their sleep. Another 55% of employees said that their finances had a negative impact on their mental health. 2. Financially stressed employees are more distracted at work and more likely to seek another job.

Among financially stressed workers, only 54% said that they felt a future at their current position compared to 69% amongst those who are not financially stressed. Only around half of financially stressed employees report seeing a future with their current employer.
